# Profile and language

> Update your personal details, choose the web-app language, and manage your session.

Profile settings apply to the signed-in user. Each person can maintain their own display details and preferred web-app language while organization-wide settings remain unchanged.

## Update your profile

1. Open **Settings > Profile**.
2. Update **First name**, **Last name**, or **Phone number**.
3. Select **Save**.

First and last name are required. Email and organization role are displayed as read-only identity and access information; an administrator changes the role from **Users**.

## Change the app language

1. Open **Settings > Profile**.
2. Find **App language**.
3. Choose **English** or **Español (México)**.

The signed-in web app saves this preference for your account. Public marketing pages use locale-aware URLs separately.

## Sign out

Use **Sign out** in the profile session section when you finish on a shared device. Signing out ends the current Canary session while preserving your account and work history.

## Organization settings

Administrators use **Settings > Organization** for the shared name, logo, default work-order visibility, currency label, and PDF appearance. Changing the organization currency relabels stored amounts; their numeric values remain unchanged.
